How often should I change my tampon?

Ideally before it starts to leak!  If your tampon does leak it means it is full and needs to be changed.  A guide is to change every 3-4 hours, but if you find you need to change more often due to leakage try the next absorbency up, and use a liner at the same time to avoid leaks on your underwear. Tampons are not recommended for overnight use.  For the best protection overnight, we recommend Libra Goodnights Pads.
