How do I use a pad?

First remove the pad from its package. As you unfold it, remove the protective covering to expose the sticky strips. Secure the pad by placing the strips against your underwear. Make sure the pad is centred in the middle of your underwear. Check with your underwear on – if the pad is off-centre, reposition it by carefully removing it and moving it to the desired place.
