How do I remove a tampon?

To remove a tampon, pull the string at the same angle you inserted it. If there is resistance you can leave it in a little longer, but it should never be left in overnight  or for long periods of time. If you can't find the string, you can reach the tampon from a squatting position.  Tampons should be changed every 3-4 hours or more, depending on your individual needs.
