What is your environmental policy?

As most of our products are made of cellulose fibre from trees, we are constantly working to maintain a balance between a high and sustainable level of wood production and preservation of biological diversity. All forest operations are certified in accordance with the ISO14001 environmental management system and are independently certified within the international environmental certification system FSC®, Forest Stewardship Council®.

Tell me more about your research and development for feminine hygiene products.

Today’s women place large demands on both the fit and absorption qualities of hygiene products and this market is characterised by its high rate of product development.

Where do you manufacture Libra products?.

Libra’s factory is located in Springvale, Victoria. Other Asaleo Care products are manufactured in Box Hill, Victoria.

How long have you been making feminine hygiene products?

Almost 30 years.

Is Asaleo Care privately or publicly owned?

Publicly owned. Its shares are traded on the Australian Securities Exchange (ASX).
