Libra's philosophy is for students to have an educated and balanced outlook towards the health of their bodies, including eating correctly, exercising and developing hygiene skills. 

Puberty for girls can be a sensitive time, so Libra in association with respected independent sexuality educators Family Life & Interrelate has developed a FREE downloadable puberty, health and relationship education program. Topics have been carefully selected and curriculum links fully updated so materials can be used as part of school health education programs in Australia and New Zealand.
